Tacos.
I’ve spent the last month, with the help of Grace, trying to learn how to make my own tacos. We’ve learned how to make tortillas, mexican rice, refried beans, and taco-style meat, all from scratch. And not only are they tasty, it’s really cost effective, and doesn’t take too much time.
Sometime, when we have time and non-laziness to pickup the camera, we hope to document the techniques and tricks we have learned about the art of the taco.
