A Gracie made dish:
Gracie: Honestly, big bother. I’ll let there be pictures of me on this site- but do you have to put up unflattering pictures of me up without my knowledge? Anyhow. The beef stew was good- I think, not the best, saved some for Elizabeffy when she got back and it was “Herby, but good.” Quoth the sister. AHHH. I FORGOT TO PUT IN PEAS. UGHHH. Anyways…I was in charge of cake for my friend’s birthday party- But I’m horrendous at cake. So I made chocolate cupcakes, cheesecakes, and chocolate dipped strawberries. Which I liked in this order (least to best): cupcakes, strawberries, cheesecakes. The cupcakes were from this site-…which I’ll find later. I used a bit of Ghiradelli 60% Cacao baking chocolate chips for the strawberries- which I’m only mentioning because I’m eating them straight out of the bag- Mm. Never liked Hershey’s kisses anyways (though hugs were acceptable), And these are so good. <3 The mini cheesecakes and strawberries I got off allrecipes, as per usual. I’m starting to perfect the mini cheesecakes, which is very happy making. And I just might do chocolate covered strawberries again instead of cookies since they’re sliiightly healthier…and I want these chocolate chips again. (which weren’t too expensive, by the way. 3 bucks or so in my store- and 16 of them are 80 calories- it’s like…diet chocolate, without even being diety- I was hungry before, now I’m not and I don’t think i’ve even eaten 10. Hallllllelujah~)
